  • Scheduling an appointment is a commitment to pay for the time reserved. There is no requirement to book weekly, just schedule an appointment when you want one. Credit card required to reserve your spot. Any cancellation must occur more than 48 hours prior to session time. A $95 fee will be charged for sessions not cancelled on time or unattended. You will be responsible for the entire cancellation fee of $90 if cancellation is less than 48 hours prior to appointment time. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you when an appointment is made. If you are late for a session, you will likely lose that amount of session time.

The standard meeting time for psychotherapy is 50 minutes. It is up to you, however, to determine the length of time of your session. Requests to change the 50-minute session needs to be discussed with the therapist in order for time to be scheduled in advance.
